Francesca is currently managing partner of Integra Groupe. She is also a founding partner of Reaction, a global venture capital firm committed to creating exponential change through innovation. Focused on tech-enabled investment opportunities in the emerging world. A student of the markets, she believes institutional portfolios are under allocated to the risk-adjusted potential of LATAM venture. Francesca leads the proprietary data-driven and ESG scoring programs at Integra.
For the past 18 years she has worked across investment management, investment strategy, capital markets, investment banking, venture capital, private equity and global business development for leading financial firms.
Prior to Integra, Francesca was an executive at the Northern Trust, responsible for investments, distribution, advisory and expansion of the international funds business. Previously, Francesca worked as head of French-speaking Europe and in the Americas for the Deutsche Börse Group-STOXX responsible for developing investment strategies and distribution into some of the world’s largest institutional clients. Her experience in Latin America began when she joined Marco Polo Partners, a boutique investment bank, where she was responsible for strategy and business development in over 50 countries. She began her career at Merrill Lynch in the investment banking and capital markets division in New York. Francesca has lived and worked in numerous countries providing her with a robust global network.
She is an alumnus of Bowdoin College and Stanford Graduate School of Business. Francesca is a member of the Royal Institute of International Affairs, on the champions board of the Stanford Institute for Innovation in Developing Economies, a mentor and judge for the Mass Challenge and Seedstars a global accelerator.
