In addition to that, Alfredo has European roots but was born and raised in Latin America, since then he has lived in multiple places and served in multiple roles including CEO, consultant, entrepreneur and change maker, giving him an extensive network across different industries and countries in Latin America and the US.
Alfredo is the founder and managing partner of Integra Groupe, an investment firm committed to generate value for all stakeholders by creating investment strategies that challenges the status quo and to improve millions of lives. He is also founding partner of Reaction, a global Venture Capital Firm that is creating exponential change through innovations. Prior to founding Integra, he served as Executive Director at Cartera de Inversiones a holding conglomerate with investments in 6 countries in Latin America. He was responsible for the investment strategy, new ventures and the overseeing 20 portfolio companies, with over 5 million clients and 8,000 employees. Previously, he worked at Permal, a multi-billion asset manager based in NY. Some highlights of Alfredo’s track record: he was one of the youngest CEO of a Bank in Latam, co-founded and scaled over 10 companies in 4 different countries, co-led successful financial transactions for over US$ 500M and served in more than 8 board roles across multiple industries and countries.
He graduated with honors in Law from Universidad Católica Andrés Bello (UCAB) in Caracas, Venezuela. He holds a Master's Degree in Corporate Law and Business from New York University (NYU) as a Vanderbilt and Vogelstein Scholar and is an alumni of Stanford Graduate School of Business (GSB). With a background in Private Equity and Venture Capital, he also completed executive training at Harvard Business School. Alfredo is a Global Shaper recognized by the World Economic Forum (WEF) and serves on the board of Tracing Public Spaces, an NGO dedicated to empowering children in public spaces transformation. In his free time, he enjoys Polo, Running, and spending time with his family.
